The easiest way to de-stress is not yoga, mindfulness or meditation

The world is busy and life can be hectic. We have so much going on that it is sometimes difficult to stop and appreciate what you have and where you are.  There are many approaches to self soothing and learning how to switch off. Everyone is different and there is no one way.

The natural world is beautiful and majestic. From the mountains to the oceans and everywhere in between there is always something great to appreciate. All you have to do is get amongst it. And… it’s even better when you combine it with all your other pursuits like yoga, mindfulness, kayaking, running, rock climbing, cycling, swimming etc. Plus you can take friends along or go by yourself – but you have to get up and go.

If you want some further reading here is a recent article explaining why.

That’s all from me.
